We have established documented procedures to deal with complaints. Should you need to make a complaint, you may do so by any means, but email is the preferred method, addressed to our Quality Manager. Her complete contact details are given on our Company contacts page.

Upon receipt, a complaint is recorded and acknowledged. Under the responsibility of our Quality Manager, a root cause analysis is performed, which includes a review of all pertinent matters with the relevant INSPEC personnel concerned. Following a full and independent investigation, and the implementation of any necessary corrective actions, we will send you a report of our findings.
