Our mission

To provide industry with accurate, efficient and economical testing, certification and proficiency services, and with well-designed, well-made and reliable test equipment.

Our quality policy
  • To satisfy customer expectations;      
  • To provide independent testing, certification and proficiency services of the highest level of professionalism and integrity, accredited or approved to those standards against which our quality management system has been established;     
  • To implement and continually improve our quality management system and its effectiveness, consistent with this quality policy;
  • To ensure that all clients are treated equitably and impartially and that their confidentiality is maintained; 
  • To consider market needs when developing new services;
  • To ensure that this quality policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels within our organisation.
